The Scientific Police, the specialized structure for carrying out forensic expertise in criminal investigations, cannot perform expert analysis for files known as “The Tax Server” and “The Wiretapping Device” at the Ministry of Defence at the time when this institution was headed by Imami. In the absence of specialized expertise from this institution, the prosecution is reaching conclusions on these two highly important files, so the only option is to seek help from partner countries to provide such expertise.
