People who play games of chance will be able to get back 80% of the amount they gamble. In article 18 of the new law on games of chance, point 10 of it provides for the sums that must be returned to players in casinos, lotteries and bingo. “Organizers of games of chance must return to players, in the form of winnings: television bingo, no less than 80 percent of the amount wagered; casinos, no less than 80 percent of the amount wagered, except for ‘live’ games, which are played at tables.
