Arben Ndoka and Pjerin Ndreu, two Socialist Party deputies, risk having the same fate as former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi if the High Court finds them guilty of the charge “Attack because of duty”, to the detriment of deputy Gent Strazimiri. The former head of the Italian government, forced by a domestic court to perform some time of compulsory public work, chose to take care of some elderly people in a nursing home. For the two majority deputies, the General Prosecutor’s Office requested prison sentences, specifically 1 year for Ndoka and 8 months for Ndreu.
