Reward leaves for convicts are suspended. The news is confirmed by the Director General of Prisons, Artur Zoto. Through an order signed by him, Zoto has ordered the suspension of all reward leaves from 23 December 2015 to 5 January 2016. “I signed the order in question, in order to avoid any possible corrupt act by prison officials. And also, the order comes as a need for order and security in prisons, since approving leave for some convicts and refusing it for others would become the cause...
