The criteria, procedures and documentation that people who have built unauthorized additions must meet are defined. The criteria for legalizing or excluding from this process buildings along roads as well as the categories of buildings in protected areas that do not qualify for a legalization permit. The Council of Ministers approved a decision yesterday, which specifies that unauthorized structures, side additions or upward additions to a permitted building, which are classified as “informal constructions,” qualify for legalization when they have at least been built
