Yesterday the Committee on Economy approved the extension until the end of 2016 of the validity of privatization vouchers. The direct beneficiaries are 250,000 people who have built without a permit and who must pay for the plot of land on which they built. Meanwhile, the securities are also invested in other sectors, such as the privatization of state buildings, land privatization, as well as investments in the energy system. The value of vouchers in circulation reaches 120 million dollars. The Minister of Finance, Shkëlqim Cani, who was in the committee, declared that
