Police officers who have been practicing their profession for at least 4 years may have the right to compete to become part of the Judicial Police structures. But, in addition to this condition, in order to be part of this structure, officers, not only those of the State Police, but also employees of other police services, must also meet a number of other criteria. The latter are clearly defined in law no. 867, which was published yesterday in the Official Gazette. According to this law, they have the right to compete to become officers...
