The Ministry of Finance explains the procedures for the electricity compensation payments after the removal of the 300 kwh threshold. The fund for compensating vulnerable groups, предусмотрed in the 2015 budget, is 1.600 million lek and this item also includes the electricity compensation bill. The Ministry of Finance clarifies that payments have been made for February (when the compensation for January 2015 is paid) and 81,700 pensioners have received the compensation from the social insurance offices throughout the country.....
