The prosecution’s request before the Supreme Court: 1 year in prison for Arben Ndoka and 8 months for Pjerin Ndreu. They can have their sentence converted into work. They attacked the PD deputy
Arben Ndoka and Pjerin Ndreu, two deputies of the Socialist Party, risk having the same fate as former Italian Prime Minister Silvio Berlusconi if the Supreme Court finds them guilty of the charge “Assault because of official duty,” to the detriment of MP Gent Strazimiri. The former head of the Italian government was forced by a domestic court to work for some time in public compulsory labor, and he chose to take care of some elderly people in a retirement home. For the two deputies of the majority, the General Prosecution requested prison sentences, namely 1 year for Ndoka and 8 months for Ndreu.
