Shouting these words, Arbjon and Alban Aliko, suspected as the organizers of the criminal group in Lazarat, surrendered yesterday to the State Police after being surrounded in the village of Kardhiq. The surrender of the Alikos took place without armed resistance, after negotiations between their father and the General Director of the State Police, Haki Çako. Police sources told "Gazeta Shqiptare" that the brothers were located after the police received reliable information about who was supplying them with food; they identified that person and followed his car until the moment of contact with the wanted men. Immediately after the arrest, their father, Adil Aliko, stated that he had negotiated with director Haki Çako about the situation and had requested guarantees for the lives of his two sons.
