Anyone with other income will have it deducted from the amount they receive from the social pension

After the entry into force of the law “On social insurance”, which among other things provides for a social pension for those persons who do not meet the conditions to receive a full or reduced old-age pension, the Ministry of Social Welfare and Youth has defined the criteria, procedures and documentation for obtaining it. This concerns persons who have not contributed to the social insurance scheme or those who have less than 15 years of insured work, while the amount of this pension for 2015 is 6,646 lek per month....
