The Agency for the Return and Compensation of Property is opening procedures for filling out forms for compensation of properties occupied by illegal constructions. The 410 owners expected to benefit from compensation must submit the standard form and seven documents to the AKKP. The financial bill for compensating all those whose land has been taken by illegal constructions reaches 215 million lek. In the AKKP’s official notice, it is stated that the beneficiary entities or their representative, with a power of attorney, must appear before the AKKP...
