ALUIZNI publishes the list of 758 people who have built without a permit and who already have the bill ready for the building plot. The beneficiaries are for the Tirana district. Official sources from ALUIZNI say that, based on Law no. 50, dated 27.06.2014, all citizens will benefit from a 20% discount on the value of the building plot, in case of immediate payment within 45 days from the date of notification. According to the same sources, it is learned that after 45 days, from the date of notification, the value of the building plot will have to be paid in full....
