DECISION/ “MINISTERS’ CONTACTS WITH AMBASSADORS, ‘REPORT YOURSELVES’ AT THE MINISTRY OF FOREIGN AFFAIRS” Rama’s order: Report to Bushati No minister may carry out an official visit abroad without obtaining permission from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the prime minister. For any contact with foreigners, a report will be made to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Every minister, deputy minister or other official, including mayors, who comes into contact with foreigners must report with a written statement to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This is stipulated in the latest decision of the “Rama” government, which entered into force yesterday after publication in the Official Gazette. The act is dated 9 September, but it was kept secret by the government, since it was not published together with the other decisions of that day. It is being disclosed only today, when it has been published in the Official Gazette. According to this decision, the Foreign Minister, Ditmir Bushati, will coordinate all activities of relations...
