Luan Qarri, in the middle of the night on Saturday, was returning from work as a guard at a private business when the torrent from the stream swept him away while he was driving his vehicle. Official sources from the directorate of police in this region stated that the father of four was pulled by the strong current of water, which carried him near the seashore by a tourist resort, where he was found dead. It is understood that it was the owners of this business who alerted the police forces that, on yesterday morning, they had seen the lifeless body of a person in a vehicle in the Radhimë area.
