The director of ALUIZNI for the Tirana district, Orjeta Myzeqari, explains the procedures for obtaining legalization permits for apartment buildings whose builders, after finishing the property and handing over the keys to residents, have “disappeared” and have not taken responsibility for the residents’ title deeds. This problem is widespread throughout the country, but to solve it, ALUIZNI will follow the same practice.
