The parents of Arben Frroku, the businessman sentenced to life imprisonment for the murder of police chief Dritan Lamaj, but who fled before the Court of Appeal issued its ruling, have written a letter to the United States ambassador, Donald Lu, shortly after the American diplomat made a “bombshell” accusation, calling Frroku the killer of the police chief and a criminal who should fear justice reform. In a long letter obtained by “GSH”, Lezë and Preng Frroku, after explaining the circumstances of the event and the fact.
