the list with 1,276 individu-
als who have built without
a permit and have the bill for
the building plot. The benefi-
ciaries are in 11 municipal units
of the capital. The directorate of
ALUIZNI notifies citizens
that they must appear at the
ALUIZNI offices in Ti-
rana to collect the bills for the
building plot and to conclude
the contract for acquiring
the ownership of the land.
Official sources from ALUIZNI
determine that, on the basis of
Law no. 50, dated 27.06.2014,
all citizens will benefit
from a 20% discount on the
value of the plot...
