ALUIZNI publishes the list of 1,226 people who built without a permit and already have the bill ready for the building plot. The beneficiaries are in 11 municipal units of the capital. The ALUIZNI directorate informs citizens that they must report to the ALUIZNI offices in Tirana to collect the bills for the building plot and sign the contracts for acquiring ownership of the land.
