Procedures for the new fund, the 7 documents applicants must submit to AKKP By ORNELA MANJANI The Agency for the Return and Compensation of Properties will distribute 37.5 million lek to 40 owners whose land has been occupied by unauthorized construction. AKKP has completed the review of the files and decided on compensation at 57% of the total value of the land. The beneficiaries of this fund are from Tirana, Durrës, Shkodra, Elbasan and Vlora. Through a notice, the Agency for the Return and Compensation of Properties announces that the review process of the owners’ claims, whose property was affected by informal construction, has been completed...
