Protester: They gave me 10,000 old lek

The man detained by police on 8 December: They told us “what will happen there, you will do it too” Xhuljano tells “GSH”: They pushed me to throw the stone. The whole bus got money I was pushed to throw stones at the opposition protest. I received a ridiculous sum of 10,000 old lek. I got the money as soon as I arrived in Tirana. It was an entire busload who were given money.” This is how 16-year-old Xhuljano Ç. speaks, who was detained by police after the incidents that occurred during the protest of 8 December, organized by the opposition. According to the police, the young man from Durrës was one of those who threw stones in front of the Prime Minister’s Office. In an interview with “Gazeta Shqiptare”, the young man explains that this fact was more than true, but denies having been present as far as the bunker.
