The Ministry of Finance published the list of 3,000 heirs of former persecuted persons who have not received the second installment. Payments of the second installment will be made on the basis of the documentation sent for the payment of the first installment. Regarding the procedures for the distribution of the second installment, the ministry also explains the procedures for all beneficiaries.
