Zoto: No prisoner is going home
Around 300 inmates applied to benefit from daily leave. Order: From 23 December to 5 January, no inmate is to move! Only cases of celebrations and bereavements are excluded

Reward leaves for prisoners are suspended. The news is confirmed by the Director General of Prisons, Artur Zoto. Through an order signed by him, Zoto has ordered the suspension of all reward leaves from 23 December 2015 until 5 January 2016. “I signed this order in order to prevent any possible corrupt act by prison officials. And also, the order comes as a necessity for order and security in prisons, since approving leave for some inmates and refusing it for others would become the cause..
