Those who have paid the electricity bill on time get a 10% discount on the land price By ORNELA MANJANI People who built without a permit, who self-declared and paid the bill for the construction parcel, will receive the property titles for their homes from ALUIZNI. The deadline for obtaining the ownership certificate is shortened to 10 days from the date the legalization permit is approved. People who are in the legalization process and have regularly paid the electricity bill throughout the last year will benefit from a 10% discount on the bill for payment of the plot.
