ALUIZNI publishes the list of 1,276 people who have built illegally and have the bill for the building plot. The beneficiaries are in the 11 municipal units of the capital. The Directorate of ALUIZNI informs citizens that they must go to the ALUIZNI offices in Tirana to collect the building-plot invoices and sign the contract for acquiring ownership of the land. Official sources from ALUIZNI state that, on the basis of Law No. 50, dated 27.06.2014, all citizens will benefit from a 20% discount on the value of the plot...
