Persons who know about or possess documents of the former State Security, or copies or duplicates of them, must hand them over to the Authority for Information on the Documents of the Former State Security. Meanwhile, anyone who violates this legal obligation will be fined 100,000–200,000 lek. Everything is specified in the law “On the right to information on the documents of the former State Security of the People's Socialist Republic of Albania,” which was published yesterday in the Official Gazette and enters into force after 15 days....
