Payments will depend on the review of the files by the Ministry of Justice. The Finance Ministry has so far made payments for all the files it administered. In the last two years alone, it is estimated that 1.9 billion lek per year will be paid out. In the analysis of the Ministry of Finance it is learned that during 2014 and 2015 around 4,500 files, or 7,134 people, have been paid, with a value of 1.8 billion lek for 2014 and 1.2 billion lek, only in the first 5 months of 2015, while the amount of 749,788,900 lek remains to be disbursed until ...
