Employees of former state-owned enterprises and former members of agricultural cooperatives will no longer be sent to the courts for years of work for which they do not have proper documents and which are not recognized for pension purposes. The Council of Ministers has approved the decision, which now assigns this competence to the Social Insurance Institute, easing the procedure for years documented in pencil or damaged registers.
