Since 1 February, the new patient referral system has started to be implemented in the health system, while through an order by the Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, the fees for services for uninsured people have been redefined. What stands out is the fact that they are divided into two different categories: uninsured people who wish to receive a service in primary, outpatient or hospital care without applying the referral system at all, and uninsured people who turn to these services...
