A new structure for certifying insurance periods has been established, which is expected to improve service performance, shorten the time needed to certify pensions, and ensure accuracy in the financial administration of the pension fund. The news was announced by the Minister of Social Welfare and Youth, Blendi Klosi, during the annual analysis of the Institute of Social Insurance. According to him, the creation of this structure came after the requests of thousands of citizens, filling a gap in the pension determination process.
