The procedures for obtaining a driver’s license are changing. The application file for a driving license no longer requires a residence permit or a blood-group analysis. People whose driver’s license was revoked after 21 January 2016 have the right to obtain it again through the theoretical requalification exam starting from 16 April 2016.
