The government is returning to Law 7501. All ownership titles that have been obtained in implementation of the law on the division of agricultural land will be verified not only for the legality of their issuance, but also by comparing the areas on the ground with those recorded in the documents. Law 7501 stipulates that agricultural land be divided per capita for residents registered in the village at the moment the land was distributed, in July 1991.
