The procedures for issuing the title deed to people who have built without a permit and whose constructions have been classified by ALUIZNI are changing. The property certificate will be given to the owner within 30 days from the submission of the file by ALUIZNI to ZRPP, while the data related to the file, registration in the Mortgage Office and the conditions that the title deed must meet are set out in a special decision of the Council of Ministers.
