The Constitutional Court decided to remove the mandate of Socialist MP Koço Kokëdhima, deeming it incompatible with the fundamental law of the state. “The Constitutional Court, after examining and analyzing the claims raised by the applicant as well as the objections submitted by the interested party, in support of Article 131/e of the Constitution, as well as Law no. 8577, dated 10.02.2000 ‘On the organization and functioning of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Albania’, decided: Establishment of the incompatibility..."
