People who have built without a permit will no longer be required to collect the legalization permit and then register the property with the mortgage office. From today this procedure will be carried out by ALUIZNI. Citizens are freed from the 5,000 lek fee and the property certificate will be sent to their homes. The decision has been published in the Official Gazette and enters into force today, at the time of writing, for people who built without a permit, who self-declared and paid the bill for the building plot, will receive the property titles for their homes from ALUIZNI. The deadline for obtaining the property certificate is shortened to 10 days from the date of approval...
