The killing of OSHEE employee Zamir Velaj has shocked the residents of Oblikë. A day after the serious घटना, silence has fallen over the village, while the victim’s family has opened the doors of mourning. The horrific beating of the 55-year-old because of the duties he was performing has led the family of the perpetrator of the crime, Martin Zefi, to go into seclusion out of fear of revenge. In order to avoid a possible clash between the two families, whose houses are not far from each other, the Shkodër police has placed the 47-year-old’s home under protection. On pages 6-7
