The coalition Alliance for a European Albania managed to retain the Municipality of Dibër, but this time with a result nearly 10 times higher than that of the opponent. Around 18:00 yesterday, the last ballot box, the 118th, was also closed, which widened the lead to 4,162 votes for the PS candidate Muharrem Rama over the PD candidate Sherefedin Shehu. In comparison with the elections of one year earlier, the difference between the candidates was only 456 votes, in favor of Shukri Xhelili. Prime Minister Edi Rama, in a reaction on “FB”, after the question posed by “GSH”, thanked the voters of Dibër for the choice made in favor of the ASHE candidate: “THANK YOU!”
