4 May is the final deadline for submitting the form by public officials, following the publication in the Official Gazette of the law “On setting detailed rules for the implementation of the prohibitions provided for in Law no. 138/2015, ‘On guaranteeing the integrity of persons who are elected, appointed or exercise public functions’.” The law was approved by parliament precisely on 4 March. And as also specified in the law, “Public officials who are subject to articles 2 and 3 of Law no.
