All former owners who have a decision recognizing the property from the Agency for the Treatment of Properties, in order to benefit from restitution or compensation, must appear before the Agency to complete the forms for accelerated payments, or to become part of the physical compensation auctions. It is up to the owner to fill in each of the forms, but it is necessary that, after filling them out, they submit 10 documents to the Agency for the Treatment of Properties. “Gazeta Shqiptare” publishes the forms that can be filled out starting today in order to benefit from the advance payments granted by the new law on obtaining compensation...

Drugs widespread in the South
The cultivation and trafficking of narcotics has become alarming for areas in the south of our country, mainly in mountainous and hilly areas or in areas that had not previously been reported as being used by hashish growers for the cultivation of marijuana in the mountainous areas of Southern Albania.
The data speak of many areas planted with marijuana, especially in the highlands of Tepelenë. In several operations by security organizations, arrests were made, although large quantities of narcotic plants were seized.
According to security analysts, Albania continues to be a country of origin for marijuana cultivation, which year after year produces a chain of criminal effects.
Last year, concern was raised over the investment of organized crime in planting and guarding marijuana plots in different areas of the country and then organizing the transport of marijuana mainly toward neighboring Italy and Greece, but also toward other European countries.
