PENALTIES FOR THE LEGALIZATION OF ADDITIONS BY CONSTRUCTION ENTITIES Entities, construction companies (and/or investors) that have carried out side additions or extra floor additions outside construction permits for the purpose of transferring ownership or renting, a) for each m2 of residential area, a fine of 4 percent of the average construction cost; b) for each m2 of area for social-economic activities, a fine of 10% of the average construction cost; c) for each m2 of area with a change of use, a fine of 20 percent of the average construction cost. 4. Point 7 is amended as follows: “7.
