The Ministry of Finance publishes the list of heirs of former convicts of the communist regime who have missing items in their files. There are about 4,000 beneficiaries in the non-primary category, first- or second-degree heirs, who must complete the documentation in order to receive the benefit. “Gazeta Shqiptare” today publishes the first list with the 2,000 names of heirs with missing documentation, while the rest will be published tomorrow.
