The Durrës Prosecutor’s Office has started investigations into the release from prison of Lulzim Berisha. According to an official announcement, it is stated that the investigation was initiated ex officio for the criminal offense of “abuse of office” in relation to judicial practices. In addition, investigations have also begun regarding the administrative practices followed by the leadership of the Durrës Municipality, on the basis of which the conditional release of the convict Lulzim Berisha was decided. ...
