Among the Higher Education institutions that yesterday voted for their new leaders should also have been the Center for Albanological Studies (QSA). In fact, there was no electoral process at the QSA, even though the leaders’ 4-year mandate has now expired. On 2.3.2016, the Ministry of Education, just as it did to 14 other higher education institutions, sent the draft election regulations to the Center for Albanological Studies for an opinion.
