The Agency for the Return and Compensation of Property will not review any request until the Constitutional Court issues a decision regarding the complaint of the Republican Party, which asks that law no. 133/2015 “On the treatment of property and the completion of the property compensation process” be declared unconstitutional. The law provides for the transformation of the Agency for the Return and Compensation of Property into the Agency for Property Treatment and then the start of reviewing owners’ requests.
