The Democrats have submitted their offer to the majority in order to make free and fair elections possible, and therefore they are asking that work begin on implementing it. The co-chair of the Special Committee on Electoral Reform, Mr. Oerd Bylykbashi, says that the PD platform for the upcoming elections consists of electronic voting and counting. “Parliament must act in September with the start of the new session.
