The Property Treatment Agency has published the standard form that owners whose land has been occupied by unauthorized constructions must fill out in order to receive compensation for the land. The cost of the application is 2,000 lekë, while the deadline for reviewing the request is 90 days. Within 60 days of receiving the request, the working group verifies the documents, while the head of the Property Treatment Agency, within 30 days after verification, signs the payments.
