Since 1 February, the new patient referral system has begun to be implemented in the healthcare system, while through an order by the Minister of Health, Ilir Beqaj, the tariffs for services for uninsured people have been redefined. What stands out is the fact that they are divided into two different categories: uninsured people who wish to receive a service in primary healthcare, at a clinic or hospital, without applying the referral system at all, and uninsured people who turn to these services...
