ALUIZNI publishes the list of 242 people who built without a permit and already have their bill ready for the building plot. The beneficiaries are from the Tirana Region and the list is specified for 11 units of the capital. Official sources from ALUIZNI say that all citizens will benefit from a 20% reduction in the value of the building plot, if payment is made immediately within 45 days from the date of notification.
