The full request submitted to the court: the president says that as long as the decrees dismissing ministers Ahmetaj and Cani have not been reviewed by Parliament, it means they have remained without force
The President of the Republic,
Bujar Nishani, yesterday addressed the Constitutional Court with a request for an interpretation of Article 98, paragraph 1 of the Constitution of Albania.
Mr. Nishani made it known that: “On 17.02.2016, the Institution of the President forwarded to Parliament for review both decrees for the dismissal of ministers Cani and Ahmetaj, in order to have them examined pursuant to Article 98, paragraph 2 of the Constitution.
