The Agency for the Return and Compensation of Properties will not consider any request until the Constitutional Court issues a decision regarding the complaint filed by the Republican Party, which is asking for law no. 133/2015 “On the treatment of property and the completion of the property compensation process” to be declared unconstitutional. The law provides for the transformation of the Agency for the Return and Compensation of Properties into the Agency for the Treatment of Properties and then the start of the examination of owners’ requests.
